How is Kestran different from other prostate supplements?

Why is there no saw palmetto?
Saw palmetto was tested in two large NIH-funded trials — one at up to three times the usual dose — and did not outperform placebo for urinary symptoms. A Cochrane review reached a similar conclusion. We'd rather spend the capsule space on ingredients with better evidence. Read more.
